Cagrilintide (Amylin/Amelin) 10 mg vial – amylin, an appetite suppressant and gastric emptying inhibitor. Effective both as monotherapy and in combination with GLP-1 agonists, it is administered subcutaneously once weekly.
Cagrilintide 5 mg is an innovative synthetic analogue of amylin, a hormone produced in conjunction with insulin that regulates appetite, slows gastric emptying and promotes weight control.
